No – we only clean off-car DPFs. You or your mechanic must remove the DPF before we arrive or before sending it to us.

The cleaning process takes around 1.5 hours from start to finish. For postal DPFs, we usually return them within 1–2 working days.
What equipment do you use to clean the DPF?

Will the DPF be completely clean?

Yes – all cleaned DPFs come with a 12-month warranty against re-blockage caused by soot or ash, provided the vehicle is in good mechanical condition.

What should I do after the DPF is cleaned?
Once reinstalled:
Take a 10–15 minute drive to help remove any residual moisture
Use a diagnostic tool to tell the ECU a “new” DPF has been fitted
Ensure no upstream issues (e.g., EGR, injectors, turbo seals) are present
What if the DPF re-blocks?
We test each DPF before and after cleaning. If it re-blocks, it’s usually due to unresolved engine faults. Our warranty covers cleaning effectiveness, but not mechanical issues.
