Choose one of our approved DPF centres for full diagnostics, removal, and refit. Alternatively, your own trusted mechanic can remove the filter and send it to us.

🚗 On‑Site Filter Cleaning

We clean the filter at the same garage or workshop where it was removed. You can also bring it directly to our Chippenham base for service. As a result, there’s no need to ship it off or wait days for return.

🔍 Endoscope Inspection

Our technicians carry out internal and external inspections using endoscope technology. This process checks for cracks, heat damage, or structural wear before cleaning begins.

📊 Pre‑Clean Backpressure Test

Next, we measure exhaust flow resistance to assess blockage severity. In addition, this test allows us to tailor the cleaning process for maximum effectiveness.

Our deep‑cleaning system removes more than 98% of soot and ash deposits. Consequently, airflow is restored and engine performance improves significantly.

If your DPF has already been removed, we provide fast, professional on‑site cleaning using mobile industrial‑grade equipment. Arrange a visit and our team will come to your garage or workshop to carry out the clean directly.

⚠️ Important Notes Top DPF Cleaning operates independently from approved centres. Although we select garages based on proven technical ability and customer service, they are not part of our company and manage their own bookings and pricing.

We provide a 12‑month warranty on the cleaning itself. If your filter blocks again within that period, we’ll re‑clean it free of charge. Customers must arrange and cover the cost of removal and reinstallation. For warranty cleans, please bring the DPF to our Chippenham facility.

Payments are handled separately:

Finally, we do not arrange bookings or provide quotes on behalf of approved centres. This allows us to focus fully on delivering high‑quality DPF cleaning.
